Thanks, Joanne!

My zucchini lasagne is super delicious, and tastes just as good as the real thing. I also make a mean pasta alfredo, by using macademia nuts as the base for the alfredo, and using zucchini as the pasta. You need a Spirooli to make killer zucchini, carrot, beet, or whatever pasta - get one online, cheap.

I was looking at one of the links from the AskMe thread, and it had recipes involving corn, and also bread or pasta made with grains. The bread was somehow mixed with water and other stuff and "dehydrated" or left to dry or something..? Are there ways of eating raw or "soaked" grains or something? I'm curious because I'm still stuck on the grain/legume concept for getting complete proteins.
